Auction Equipment Services

To help address the needs of many of our clients, we have developed our auction support services department which will assist you in properly decommissioning, packing, and safely delivering your instrumentation to your facility.

With the prevalence of laboratory equipment liquidation auctions which offer the potential bidder the hope of obtaining leading equipment brands at deeply discounted pricing, there has also been a corresponding increase in the need for skilled technical service experts to decommission, safely pack, transport, install, and provide on-going support for the associated instrumentation. As a laboratory equipment sales and service company with years of experience with acquiring complex instrumentation from auction sales, we are uniquely positioned to address many of the challenging aspects involved in purchasing instrumentation through auction houses. Despite buyer premiums of 18-20%, the instrumentation from these purchases is rarely, if ever warrantied, and often purchased site unseen. So, despite buyer premiums of 18-20%, there is never any assurance that the instrumentation is completely functional, and even if it is functioning correctly on-site, there is always the difficult logistics of getting highly sensitive equipment safely to your lab. To make matters worse, there is often the added challenge of locating missing software or critical components and finding adequate 3rd party service support. With all of these challenges, often what started off appearing as a great deal, turns out to be an expensive nightmare. Despite all of these challenges, the allure of getting highly quality instrumentation at unrivaled pricing remains and great deals can still be found.

To help address the needs of many of our clients, we have developed our auction support services department which will assist you in properly decommissioning, packing, and safely delivering your instrumentation to your facility. Through our partnerships with select carriers, we help insure safe, customized transport of your instrumentation through couriers uniquely trained on the particular requirements of transporting highly sensitive lab instruments. Once on-site, our skilled technical service team will install, and thoroughly test your instrumentation to manufacturer specification insuring a highly efficient, stress free auction purchase. In addition, we offer extended service contract support, training, consulting, and applications development for many equipment types and brands.
